Cancellation conditions for changes in meeting room reservations

After your confirmation is received, it is possible to cancel the reserved number of people up to two weeks in advance with a maximum of 10% free of charge.
Within two weeks up to 24 hours before the start of your event, you can reduce the reserved number of people by up to 5% free of charge.
If we do not receive any changes in number of attendees, the number of reserved persons will be charged. If you wish to cancel sub-rooms, the following cancellation conditions apply.
If you have a first option on one or more rooms and a second party wants to confirm their option, we ask you to decide within 24 hours whether you definitively want to use the optional reservation. Once the optional reservation is confirmed, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation free of charge. This applies to both parties.
In this situation, regardless of the cancellation period, the conditions mentioned below apply.
If the cancellation date falls outside the periods below, we will charge at least 50% of the total reservation value.

Cancellation policy for meeting room reservations with a total amount of less than € 1500,-

Meeting room reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before your event. If the reservation is canceled after this time, the following rates will apply:

60% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the activity date.
70% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 3 weeks before the activity date.
80% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the activity date.
100% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 1 week before the activity date.
100% of the total reservation value in case of no show.

Cancellation conditions for the entire reservation with a total amount of more than €1500,-

Room reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 6 weeks before your event.
If the reservation is cancelled after this time, the following rates will apply:

50% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the activity date.
60% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 5 weeks before the activity date.
70% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the activity date.
80% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 3 weeks before the activity date.
90% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the activity date.
100% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 1 week before the activity date.
100% of the total reservation value in case of no show.

Cancellation policy for group reservations of 10 rooms or more

Group reservations (10 rooms or more) can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the first night of your stay.

If 10 rooms or more are canceled within 4 weeks prior to arrival, the following rates will be charged:

35% of the total reservation value for cancellations within 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
60% of the total reservation value for cancellations within 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.
85% of the total reservation value for cancellations within 2 weeks before the arrival date.
100% of the total reservation value for cancellations within 1 week before the arrival date.
