Cancellation policy

Below you will find our cancellation conditions regarding reservations.

Room reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before your meeting.
If the reservation is canceled after this time, the following rates will be charged:

• 60% of the total reservation value if canceled within 4 weeks before the activity date.
• 70% of the total reservation value if canceled within 3 weeks before the activity date.
• 80% of the total reservation value if canceled within 2 weeks before the activity date.
• 100% of the total reservation value if canceled within 1 week before the activity date.

• You can pass on the final number of people up to two weeks before the start. Up to a maximum of 10% of the reserved number of persons can be canceled free of charge.
• You can change up to 5% of the reserved number of people up to 24 hours before the start of your meeting. If we do not receive any changes in numbers, then at least the number of reserved persons will be charged to you.
