Utrechtse Heuvelrug

Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park offers kilometers of hiking trails and cycling routes. The flora and fauna are very diverse, so don't be surprised if you suddenly see a deer or fox darting away in the distance.

Gelderse Valley

The Gelderse Valley is characterized by a landscape of beautiful forests interspersed with meadows, winding streams, hedgerows, and Saxon farms.

National Park The Hoge Veluwe

And then of course there is National Park The Hoge Veluwe. This nature reserve is one of the oldest and largest national parks in the Netherlands. It covers a total of 5,500 hectares of forest, heathland, ponds, and drifting sand. Together with the Kröller Müller Museum and sculpture garden, it forms a unique combination of nature, art, and architecture, definitely worth a visit.

Furthermore, you can cycle to surrounding cities, such as Ede. Enjoy the beautiful wooded surroundings before exploring the city or grabbing a drink on a terrace.

At the reception, you’ll find a selection of walking and cycling routes that take you through stunning nature, charming villages, and local sights in the area. Whether you prefer a relaxing walk or an active bike ride, there’s something for everyone.

You can also rent a bike at the reception during your stay. In collaboration with our partner Age van ’t Hof, we offer E-bikes available on-site for rent at €23.50 per day.
