See & do
Veenendaal City Museum
The City Museum Veenendaal is an attractive museum for both young and old (especially from Veenendaal and its surroundings).
With permanent exhibitions about wool, peat, the war years and the North Sea flood these all make the history of Veenendaal visible and tangible. For example, with interactive multitouch displays and images that speak to the imagination. This way, we convey the story of Veenendaal to visitors and connect the past, present, and future.
In addition, there are surprising temporary exhibitions to be seen by well-known Dutch artists such as Ton Schulten Marius van Dokkum, or exhibitions on a current topic such as the Dutch history of slavery.
