Good to know:

  • Reservation with a start and end time is mandatory, so that we can regulate our number of guests. As a guest, you can therefore enjoy ultimate relaxation in peace and space.

  • The availability of specialists at the beauty, massage salon, and the hamam is based on timely reservation.

  • Wearing swimwear is not allowed due to the hygiene of the facilities in our company.

  • We do not accept credit cards. Payments at the reception desk can only be made in cash or by debit card.

  • In the lounge, bistro, and on the terrace, a bathrobe is mandatory (on warm days, a wrap may be used).

  • In the entire sauna complex, it is not allowed to use equipment that has a camera. Mobile phones should be kept in the locker, and in case of expected emergency calls, you can ask for assistance from a receptionist. Only in the hall at the reception are you allowed to use such digital devices. We closely monitor this to safeguard the privacy and safety of guests. Do you have an e-reader? Then please get a sticker at the reception for its use. This way, you show other guests that there is no camera on your digital device. If you have a smartwatch for medical purposes, please inform the reception.

  • Children from the age of 6 are welcome at our place just like adults are. They need to adhere to the house rules. This means maintaining silence, no running, no diving, and ensuring that other guests are not disturbed. Children under the age of 13 are welcome until 8:00 pm at the latest. Before that time, you should check out, so make sure to change by 7:45 pm at the latest!
