Cancellation policy when changing a reservation 

* The definite number of attendees can be changed until two weeks prior to the event. A maximum of 10% of the number of people can be cancelled free of charge.
* You can change up to 5% of the number of attendees booked until 24 hours prior to the event. In case we do not receive any changes in number of attendees, we will charge you for amount of people the reservation was initially made for. In case of a higher number of attendees, the additional costs will be charged to the invoice.
* If you wish to cancel sub-rooms, the cancellation conditions below apply. 
* If you have a first option for one or more rooms and would like to confirm a second option, we will ask you decide within 24 hours whether you definitively want to make use of the optional reservation. When confirming the optional reservation, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation free of charge. This applies to both optants. In this situation, regardless of the cancellation period, the conditions below apply. Is the date of cancellation outside the periods below, we must charge at least 50% of the total reservation value.

Terms of cancellation meeting room reservations for reservations with a value below € 1500,-

* Meeting room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to your event.
* For cancellations received after the above mentioned deadline, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 60% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 4 weeks prior to the activity date.
• 70% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 3 weeks prior to the activity date.
• 80% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 2 weeks prior to the activity date.
• 100% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 1 week prior to the activity date.
• 100% charge of the total reservation value in case of no show.

Terms of cancellation meeting room reservations for reservations with a value above € 1500,-

* Meeting room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks prior to your event.
* For cancellations received after the above mentioned deadline, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 50% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 6 weeks before the activity date.
• 60% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 5 weeks before the activity date.
• 70% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 4 weeks before the activity date.
• 80% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 3 weeks before the activity date.
• 90% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 2 weeks before the activity date.
• 100% of the total reservation value if canceled within 1 week before the activity date.
• 100% of the total reservation value in case of no show.

Terms of cancellation hotel room reservations

* Individual room reservations (up to 10 rooms) can be cancelled free of charge until 10:00 a.m. on the day of arrival.
* For group reservations with a total of less than 10 rooms, we will charge 100% of the reservation value of the first night if the cancellation is received after 10:00 a.m. or in case of no-show. In case the reservation consists of multiple nights, all remaining nights will be cancelled.
* Group room reservations (10 rooms and more) can be cancelled free of charge until 4 weeks prior to arrival.
* For reservations with 10 rooms and more, cancellations received within 4 weeks prior to arrival, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 35% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 4 weeks prior to the activity date.
• 60% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 3 weeks prior to the activity date.
• 85% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 2 weeks prior to the activity date.
• 100% charge of the total reservation value if canceled within 1 week prior to the activity date.
• 100% charge of the total reservation value in case of no show.
